Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine (PMSM) is widely used in industrial and agricultural production, transportation, aviation, new energy power generation and other fields due to its high efficiency, high power density and high reliability. In the high-performance control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor, the control parameters are closely related to parameters such as motor stator resistance, rotor flux linkage, and AC-direction axis inductance.
These motor parameters are inconvenient to obtain directly, and will change greatly during the operation of the motor. Among them, due to the influence of various factors such as magnetic circuit saturation and cross-coupling, the inductance parameters of the quadrature axis will change greatly during the operation of the motor. In order to realize the high-performance control of permanent magnet synchronous motor, it is of great significance to accurately identify the inductance parameters.
The AC static method, the DC transient method, the voltage integration method, the direct load method, and the impedance measurement method are widely used in the measurement of the AC and direct shaft inductances of permanent magnet synchronous motors. This type of method requires additional equipment or hardware circuitry to perform measurements, and is limited in scope.
In addition, scholars have successively proposed advanced identification algorithms such as Newton search algorithm, model reference adaptive method, extended Kalman filter algorithm, particle swarm algorithm, affine projection algorithm, genetic algorithm, neural network algorithm and so on. However, this kind of advanced algorithm has the problem of large amount of calculation and difficult to be practically applied in engineering.
The inductance identification method based on high-frequency signal injection has the advantage of not requiring additional equipment and hardware circuits. However, the nonlinear factor of the inverter distorts the injected signal, which will inevitably affect the high-frequency injection method and cause errors in the identification results.
Aiming at the problem that the traditional inductance identification method of permanent magnet synchronous motor is affected by the nonlinearity of the inverter, researchers Huang Keyuan and Zhou Jiaxin from the School of Electrical and Information Engineering of Hunan University, etc., wrote an article in the 8th issue of "Journal of Electrotechnical Technology" in 2021 , a parameter identification method of high frequency injection inductance considering the nonlinear effect of inverter is proposed.
This method injects a high-frequency rotating square wave voltage in a two-phase static coordinate system, and proposes a signal construction method that can suppress the nonlinearity of the inverter. Using this construction method, the high-frequency response current difference in the two-phase static coordinate system The structure is carried out to obtain the identification signal of the dq axis inductance parameter of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. According to the error analysis, the selection method of high frequency injection signal is given.
The experimental results based on the 1.5kW built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) show that the method can realize the high-precision inductance parameter identification of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, and has the following characteristics: 1) No need to add other equipment or circuits, using improved high-frequency The square wave injection method has simple signal extraction and fast identification and response speed; 2) The special signal construction method can effectively suppress the influence of the nonlinear factors of the inverter; 3) It can realize the off-line identification of the inductor considering the magnetic circuit saturation effect, It can be extended to the online identification of the motor operating condition at low speed.
