Permanent magnet synchronous motor can not be directly added to the three-phase power supply, it will burn the motor. It depends on what type it is. If it is a servo motor, it should be driven by a servo driver, such as Sanjing S3000B. If it is a motor for dragging, it should be driven by a special motor controller. The frequency converter is to change the frequency and amplitude of the three-phase alternating current to control the speed of the alternating current asynchronous motor. The servo driver uses vector control technology to precisely control the magnetic field vector generated by the stator to achieve precise control of the motor. Moreover, the permanent magnet synchronous motor works under vibration conditions for a long time, and the permanent magnet will be demagnetized, so it is not recommended to use it.
1. The encoder measures the mechanical angle, and the electrical angle should = the mechanical angle x the number of motor pole pairs.
